This is the latest settlement offered in the class action lawsuit filed by women who maintain that their silicone-gel implants caused a variety of health problems. About 450,000 women are involved in the case, according to U.S. District Judge Sam Pointer Jr. of Alabama. The judge appeared on Court TV's "In Context" on Wednesday, January 24 (10pm ET) to explain the proposal.
